BY-LAW NO.1754/83
Being a by-law to dedicate Part Lots 30 and 31,
Plan 228, Pickering as public highway (Part 1,
Plan 40R-6727) (Rougemount Drive)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner in fee simple of
those parts of Lots 30 and 31, Plan 228, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-6727); and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate,
lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of
Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of those parts of Lots 30
and 31, according to a plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Durham (No, 40) as Plan 228, now designated as Part 1 on
a plan of survey deposited in the said Office as Plan Number 40R-6727,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Rougemount Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21St day of
November , 1983.
