BY-LAW NO. 1717/83
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 12, 13, 14 and
15, Plan 40M-1254, from part lot control
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 379, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
29(5) of the Act does not apply to certain ]ands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Piekering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379,
the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-1254
Blocks 12, 13, 14 and 15
does not apply to
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
