BY-LAW NO. 1712/83
Being a by-law to dedicate Part Block Q,
Plan M-1058 (Part 1, Plan 40R-7593),
Pickering, as public highway (Eastbank Road)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the registered owner of that
part of Block Q, Plan M-1058, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-7593; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, is hereby~ dedicated as public
highway (Part Block Q, Plan M-1058) (Part 1, Plan ~R-7593, Picketing;
Eastbank Road.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of July,
1983.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying
and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of that part of Block Q, according to a plan
filed in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Number M-1058, designated as Part 1 on a plan of survey of reference deposited in
the said Office as Plan 40R-7593,
BEING part of Parcel Q-l, Section M-1058, Pickering.
