BY-LAW NO. 1711/83
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 44, 45 and
46, Plan M-1210, Pickering, as public highway
(Bridle Path Circle; Linwood Street; Parkdale
Street )
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner in fee simple of
certain lands known as Blocks 44, 45 and 46, Plan M-1210, Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The /ands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Block 44, Plan M-1210, Pickering; Bridle Path Circle).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Block 45, Plan M-1210, Picketing; Linwood Street).

The lands more particularly described in Schedule "C" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Block 46, Plan M-1210, Pickering; Parkdale Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of July,
1983.

and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of the whole of Block 44 according to a plan
filed in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Number M-~.
