BY-LAW NO. 1710/83
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 55, 56 and
54, Plan 40M-1267, Pickering, as public highway
(Bridle Path Circle; Linwood Street; Parkdale
Street)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner in fee simple of
certain lands known as Blocks 55, 56 and 54, Plan 40M-1267, Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Block 55, Plan 40M-1267, Pickering; Bridle Path Circle).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Block 56, Plan 40M-1267, Pickering; Linwood Street).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "C" attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Block 54, Plan 40M-1267, lPickering; Parkdale Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of July,
1983.
