BY-LAW NUMBER 1705/83
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
264/75 to establish the speed limit on
Rosefield Road, Fieldlight Boulevard and
Liverpool Road, south of Annland Street.
WHEREAS By-law Number 264/75 allows Council to authorize the
speed limits on highways under the jurisdiction of the Town
of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit
on Rosefield Road, Fieldlight Boulevard and Liverpool Road,
south of Annland Street at 40 kilometres (25 miles) per
hour;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "B" of By-law Number 264/75 is hereby amended
by adding the following line:
Fieldlight Glenanna Road
Boulevard
Liverpool Road Annland Street
Rosefield Road Glenview Road
Valley Farm Road
Lake Ontario
Finch Avenue
This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 4th day of July, 1983.
