Tim Sheffield, Solicitor, The Town of Picketing, 1710 Kingston Road, PICKERING, Ontario LIV 1C7 Re: Parts 1-3, Plan 40R-6474, Strouds Lane - Marlo Dionisi Dear Sir: Please be advised that Cimas Construction Ltd. (Mario Dionisi) and Bramalea Limited have come to amutually satisfactory agree- ment on the cost sharing of the three proposed lots mentioned above. We therefore have no objection to the municipality removing the 1' reserve across the frontage. By copy to Ray Hutchinson, I would like to advise that Mr. Dionisi has agreed to work together with Bramalea in finding an appropriate method to jointly service his most easterly lot and Bramalea's remaining four lots on the south side.
