BY-LAW NO. 1691/83
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 33,
Plan 331, Pickering as public highway
(Part 5, Plan 40R-7555) (Marksbury Road)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of that
part of Lot 33, Plan 331, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-7555; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Muni-
cipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of that
part of Lot 33, according to a plan registered in the Land Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan 331, now designated
as Part 5 on a plan of survey deposited in the said Office as Plan No.
40R-7555,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Marksbury Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2?th
June, 1983.
