BY-LAW NO. 1690/83
Being a by-law to dedicate Block F, Plan
M-1007 as public highway (Eyer Drive)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of
Block F, Plan M-1007; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block F, Plan M-1007 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Eyer Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 27th day of
June 1983.
