HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1682/83THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO.1682 /83 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development Agreement between Kathleen Dunne and the Corporation of the Town of Picketing respecting Lots 33 and 34, Plan 331, Picketing (LD 116-7/83) WHEREAS Kathleen Dunne is the owner of Lots 33 and 34, Plan 331, Pickering and pursuant to the decisions dated April llth, 1983 of the Regional Municipality of Durham Land Division Committee is required to satisfy the Town with respect to certain matters, one of which requires that the owner enter into a satisfactory Devel- opment Agreement; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Development Agree- ment, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A" between Kathleen Dunne and the Corporation of the Town o£ Picketing respecting Lots 33 and 34, Plan 331, Pickering (LD 116-7/83). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of Jme, 1983.
