BY-LAW NO. 1681/83
Being a by-law to amend By-Law 851/78, as
amended, providing for the regulation of
parking, standing and stopping on highways
or parts of highways under the jurisdiction
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and on private and municipal property
WHEREAS By-Law 851/78, as amended, provides in section 3(7)(c) and in section 9
for the regulation of the use of school bus loading zones where only one such regu-
lation is required;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Clause (c) of subsection 7 of section 3 of By-Law 851/78 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
Juue, 1983.
