BY-LAW NUMBER 1679/83
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area
Region of Durham, on Part of Lot 23,
Concession 1, in the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering passed By-law 1583/82, amending By-law 3036,
as amended, on the 15th day of November 1982, to permit
the development on the subject lands of a food store
and specific ancillary retail commercial, office and
restaurant uses;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering now deems it desirable to revoke By-law 1583/82;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1583/82 is hereby repealed.
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board, if required.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 6th day of June 1983.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 19th day of September 1983.
