BY-LAW NO.1670 /83
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of Transfers from the Corporation of the
Town of Picketing to Chrand Construction
Inc. respecting Part Block R-l, Plan
M-1058 and Part Block M-i, Plan M-1059,
Picketing (LD 43-45/83)
WHEREAS, by decision dated March 15th, 1983, the Regional Municipality of Durham
Land Division Committee approved an application for severance of Lots ll and 12,
Plan 1041, subject to several conditions, one of which requires that satisfactory
arrangements be made for the lifting of the reserve on the Parkside Drive frontage;
and
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner in fee simple of
those parts of Block R-l, Plan M-1058 and Block M-l, Plan M-1059, Picketing des-
ignated as Parts 7, 8, 9 and 10. Plan 40R-7509;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule "A", from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
to Chrand Construction Inc. of that part of Block R-i, Plan M-1058 designated
as Parts 9 and 10, Plan 40R-7509 (LD 43-4/83).
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule "B", from the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
to Chrand Construction Inc. of that part of Block M-I, Plan M-1059 designated
as Parts 7 and 8, Plan 40R-7509 (LD 44-5/83).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
May, 1983.
