BY-LAW NUMBER 1666/83
Being a by-law to repeal By-laws 1643/83
and 1656/83 to establish a pedestrian
crossover at Fieldlight Boulevard and
Faylee Crescent.
WHEREAS By-law 1643/83, as amended by By-law 1656/83,
designated a pedestrian crossover at Fieldlight Boulevard
and Faylee Crescent; and
WHEREAS a survey of pedestrian and vehicular traffic at
this intersection shows that this pedestrian crossover
is not warranted;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING hereby enacts as follows:
1. By-laws 1643/83 and 1656/83 are hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 16th day of May 1983.
