BY-LAW NUMBER 1662/83
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1606/82
to appoint Michael Wild to the Condominium
Committee.
WHEREAS By-law Number 1606/82 passed on December 20th
1982, Mr. Bill Weston was appointed to the Condominium
Committee for a term to expire on November 30th 1985;
and
WHEREAS Mr. Bill Westc~ has submitted his resignation as
a Member of the said Board effective April 30th 1983;
and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Mr. Michael
Wild as a Member of the said Board;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
By-law Number 1606/82 is hereby amended by
deleting the following:
Mr. Bill Westc~ to November 30th 1985
and substituting therefor the following:
Mr. Michael Wild to November 30th 1985
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 2nd day of May 1983.
