HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1652/83THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1652/83 Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a Deed conveying Part Lot 20, Concession l, Pickering (Part 2, Plan 40R-7449) from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Fred Campitelli, Trustee. WHEREAS, pursuant to provisions of section 192 of the Municipal Act, article 1980, chapter 302, the Council of a Municipal Corporation may pass By-laws for disposing of lands previously acquired by it when such lands are no longer required for its purposes; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Deed, in the fom attached hereto as Schedule "A", conveying Part Lot 20, Concession 1, Pickering (Part 2, Plan 40R-7449) from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Fred Campitelli, Trustee.
