BY-LAW NO. 1647/83
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 and 1I, Plan 40M-1254, from part lot
control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 379, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
29(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated by the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, does not apply to
the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-I254
Blocks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 1]
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of April,
1983.
