BY-LAW N0.1646 /83
Being a by-law to repeal By-Law 1633/83,
exempting Blocks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ll, 12,
13, 14 and 15, Plan 40M-1254, from part
lot control
WHEREAS, on March 7th, 1983, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 1633/83 providing that section 29(5) of the Act
does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the
by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. By-Law 1633/83 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of
April, 1983.
