BY-LAW NUMBER 1641/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 911/78
designating certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways.
WHEREAS By-law 911/78, as amended, designates certain highways
within the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 911/78 to
designate Reytan Boulevard from Krosno Boulevard to the west-
terly intersection of the north limit of Drava Street and
Drava Street from the westerly intersection of the east limit
of Reytan Boulevard to Sandy Beach Road as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the TOwn of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

and substituting

to By-law 911/78 is hereby amended by

This by-law shall come into force on the date that it
is approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality
of Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 5th day of April, 1983.
