BY-LAW NO. 1633/83
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Plan 40M-
1254, from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning
Act, R. S. O. 1980, chapter 379, the council of a municipality may by
by-law provide that section 29(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1980, chapter 379,
does not apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-1254 Blocks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13,
14 and 15
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
