BY-LAW NO. 1630/83
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 8, 9,
and 18, Plan 40M-1254, from part lot
control

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the council of a municipality may by by-law
provide that section 29(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands
within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.
apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-1254
Blocks
1980,
8, 9,
chapter 379, does not
10 and 18
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st
day of February, 1983.
