BY-LAW N0,1624 /83
Being a by-law to repeal By-Law 1492/82
directing that the private drain on Lot
62, Plan 1041, be repaired at the owner's
expense
WHEREAS on May 17th, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-Law 1492/82, pursuant to the provisions of section 325 of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302 and of By-Law 1365/81, directing the Director of
Public Works to repair or cause to be repaired a private drain on Lot 62, Plan
1041, Pickering, at the owner's expense; and
WHEREAS the owner himself effected such repairs prior to the Director of Public
Works being able to do so;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 1492/82 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this ?th day
of February , 1983.
