HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1944/84THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1944/84 Being a by-law to name parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-4884 (Sandstone Manor) WHEREAS, those parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picker- ing, designated as Parts I and 2, Plan 40R-4884, have been dedicated as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The highway more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-law, is hereby named "Sandstone Manor" (Part Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession; Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-4884). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of December, 1984. SCHEDULE A ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of lands and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontario) and being composed of: FIRSTLY, that part of Lot 29, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-4884, Being of Parcel Pickerlng B.F. 3-29- , SECONDLY, that part of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-4884, Being of Parcel Pickering B.F. 3-30- , Section Pickering.
