BY-LAW NO. 1942/84
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 16, Con-
cession 1, (Part 2, Plan 40R-g469) as public
highway (Squires Beach Road)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Part of Lot 16,
Concession 1, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-8469, which it desires to dedicate as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 16, Concession 1, Pickering, more particularly described in
Schedule A hereto, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Squires Beach
Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
December, 1984.
SCHEDULE A
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of lands and premises situate, lying
and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly
the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontario) and being composed of that
part of Lot 16, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-8469;
BEING the whole of Parcel Picketing Con 1-15-3.
