BY-LAW NUMBER 1937/84
Being a by-law %o amend By-law Number
1606/82 to appoint persons to various
agencies, boards and committees
WHEREAS by By-law Number 1744/83, enacted on October 17, 1983,
Mr. Andre Pilon was appointed to the Town of Pickering Public
Library Board for a term to expire on November 30, 1984; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to re-appoint Mr. Andre Pilon
for a three year term to expire on November 30, 1987;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
By-law Number 1606/82 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
12. (a) Mr. Andre Pilon for a term to expire on
November 30, 1984
(b) Mr. John Coates for a term to expire on
November 30, 1985
(c) Mrs. Gwen Mowbray for a term to expire on
November 30, 1986
and substituting therefor the following:
12. (a) Mr. John Coates for a term to expire on
November 30, 1985
(b) Mrs. Gwen Mowbray for a term to expire on
November 30, 1986
(c) Mr. Andre Pilon for a term to expire on
November 30, 1987
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally passed
this third day of December, 1984.
