BY-LAW NO. 1934 /84
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks D-1 and P-l,
Plan M-1059 and part of Lot 28, Concession 1
(Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-3053) as public highway
(Parkside Drive)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks D-1 and
P-l, Plan M-1059, and those parts of Lot 28, Concession 1, designated as Parts ] and
2, Plan 40R-3053, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Blocks D-] and P-l, Plan M-1059, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Parkside Drive)
2. Those parts of Lot 28, Concession 1, Pickerlng, more particularly described in
Schedule A hereto are hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of De-
cember, 1984.
SCHEDULE A
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying
and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of those parts of Lot 28, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-3053.
