BY-LAW NUMBER 1920/84
Being a by-law to amend By-law 911/78
designating certain highways within the
Town of Piekering as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 911/78, as amended, designates certain highways within the Town of
Piekering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 911/78 to provide for Reytan Boulevard
as a through highway from Krosno Boulevard to Dravs Street and to provide for
three-way stops at the intersections of Bushmill Street and Wheatsheaf Lane, Maple
Ridge Drive and Bushmill Street and Maple Gate Road and Harvest Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS as
follows:
Schedule .A" to By-law 911/78 is hereby repealed and the Schedule attached
hereto as Schedule "I" to this by-law is substituted therefor.
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and ~fnen signs to the effect
are erected.
