BY-LAW NO. 1914 /84
Being a by-law to stop up that part of Lot 34,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing,
designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-8229 (Old
Trespass Road - part).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of 298(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
chapter 302, the Council of any Municipality may pass by-laws to stop up a highway
or part thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to stop up a portion of Lot 34, Range 3, Broken
Front Concession, Picketing (Old Trespass Road -part); and
WHEREAS, notice of this by-law has been published once a week for four consecutive
weeks and the provisions of the Municipal Act relating to the stopping up of a high-
way have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of the road allowance in Lot 34, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
known as Old Trespass Road, and more particularly described in Schedule A
attached hereto, is hereby stopped up and closed to vehicular and pedestrian
traffic.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 15th day of October, 1984.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of November, 1984.

ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of lands and premises situate,
lying and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham
(formerly in the Township of Pickering, in the county of Ontario) and Province of
Ontario and being composed of those parts of Lot 34, Range 3, Broken Front Conces-
sion, designated as Parts ] and 2 on a Plan of Survey of Reference deposited in the
Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan 40R-8229.
