BY-LAW NO. 1898/84
Being a by-law to change the name of Sheridan
Mall Parkway to Pickering Parkway
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 210.105 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter
302, the council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or
changing the names of highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Sheridan Mall Parkway, as described in Schedules A, B, C and D hereto, is
hereby renamed "Pickering Parkway".
The Lands described in Schedules E and F hereto are hereby named "Picketing
Parkway" .
Schedules A, B, C, D, E and F attached hereto form part of this By-law.
Appendix I attached hereto is for illustration purposes only,
This By-law shall take effect upon the registration of a certified
in the Land Registry Office and in the Land Titles Office for
Division of Durham.
