BY-LAW NUMBER 1891/84
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 2511, as amended to implement
the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area Region of Durham, in
Part Lots 27 and 28, Plan M-lO40, in the Town
of Pickering. (A 17/84
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
passed By-law 1247/81, amending By-law 2511, on the 2nd day of
March, 1981, to permit the development of a warehouse on the
subject lands, being part of Lots 27 and 28, Plan M-lO40,
Pickering;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1247/81 did not require the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering now deems it desirable to amend By-law 1247/81 to
extend the warehouse designation;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
SCH'EDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 1247/81 is hereby revoked and
Schedule "I" to this By-law hereby substituted therefor.

EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, if required.
