BY-LAW NUMBER 1888/84
Being a Zoning By-law to amend Restricted
Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area
Region of Durham, on Block A, Plan M-1024,
in the Town of Pickering (A31/83).
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering passed By-law 1865/84 amending By-law 3036,
as amended, on the 3rd day of July, 1984, to permit
the development on the subject lands of a convenience
commercial and residential use;
AND WHEREAS the Council
of Pickering now deems
1865/84;
of the Corporation of the Town
it desirable to repeal By-law
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1865/84 is hereby repealed.
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board, if required.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 30thDAY OF July , 1984.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 30th DAY OF July , 1984.
