BY-LAW NO. 1876 /84
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 4-11 and Blocks
73, 74 and 76, Plan 40M-1272, Pickering, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act,
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ]0 and 11,
40M-1272, Picketing
1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
and Blocks 73, 74 and 76, Registered Plan
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of July,
1984.
