BY-LAW NO. 1857/84
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 36, Plan
40M-1304, Pickering, as public highway
(Riverview Crescent Reserve)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 36, Plan
40M-1304, Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to dedicate this land as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 36, Plan 40M-1304, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(River¥iew Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June,
1984.
