BY-LAW NO. 1847 /84
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 60, 61 and 62,
Plan 40M-1306, Pickering, as public highway
(Fawndale Road/Riverview Crescent Reserves)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 60, 61
and 62, Plan 40M-1306, Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 60, 61 and 62, Plan 40M-1306, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Fawndale Road/Riverview Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of June,
1984.
