HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1835/84THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 1835/84 Providing for the erection of Yield Right-of-way signs at intersections WHEREAS pursuant to section 118.2 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 198, as amended, no yield right-of-way sign shall be erected except in compliance with the regulations; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of follows: Pickering enacts as The intersection on highways set out in Column 1 are designated as intersections where yield right-of-way signs be erected at the locations shown in Column 2. Column 1 Intersection Alderwood Place and Colmar Avenue Cortez Avenue and Colmar Avenue Denmar Road and Jaywin Circle (northerly intersection) Kingfisher Drive and Colmar Avenue Parkham Crescent and Colmar Avenue Column 2 Facin$ Traffic North bound on Alderwood Place South bound on Cortez Avenue South bound on Denmar Road South bound on Kingfisher Drive North hound on Parkham Crescent The penalties provided in section 152 of The Highway Traffic Act shall apply to offences against this by-law. This by-law shall not become effective until approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham. By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this 7th day of May, 1984. Clerk
