BY-LAW NUMBER 1828/84
Being a by-law to amend By-law 919/78 pro-
viding for the establishment, maintenance
and operation of certain community recrea-
tion centres within the Town of Pickering
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 2.1 of the
Community Recreation Centres Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 80, as
amended, the Council of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
919/78 on December 18, 1978, providing for the establishment,
maintenance and operation of one or more community recreation
centres in accordance with that Act; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed appropriate to amend the list of
community recreation centres set out in By-law 919/78;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Part 1 of Schedule "A" to By-law 919/78 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following line:
12. Whitevale Community Centre
Part Lot 34,
Concession 6
2. Part 2 of Schedule "A" to By-law 919/78 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following line:
17. Amberlea Community Park Block 155,
