BY-LAW NO. 1799/84
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Subdivision Agreement between K.S.W. Develop-
ments Incorporated and the Corporation of the
Town of Picketing respecting the development of
Part Lot 29, Concession 2, Pickering (Draft Plan
18T-81011)
WHEREAS, K.S.W. Developments Incorporated proposes to subdivide and register a
plan of subdivision of Part Lot 29, Concession 2, Pickering; and
WHEREAS, that proposal has been approved by the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and the Regional Municipality of Durham, subject to several con-
ditions, one of which requires the entering into of a satisfactory Subdivision Agree-
ment between K.S.W. Developments Incorporated and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Agree-
ment, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A between K.S.W. Developments
Incorporated and the Corporation of the Town of Picketing respecting the
development of Part Lot 29, Concession 2, Picketing (Draft Plan 1ST-81011).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of March,
1984,
