HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1788/84THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1788 /84 Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lots 36, 37 and 38, Plan 1041, Pickering, as public highway (Parts 5 and 6, Plan 40R-7541; Part 3, Plan 40R-7551; Eastbank Road) WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lots 36, 37 and 38, Plan 1041, Picketing, designated as Parts 5 and 6, Plan 40R-7541 and Part 3, Plan 40R-7551; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to dedicate those lands as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The lands more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Eastbank Road). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of Pebruary , 1984. SCHEDULE A ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of: FIRSTLY, those parts of Lots 37 and 38, Registrar's Compiled Plan 1041, designated as Parts 5 and 6 on a plan of reference deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Number 40R-7541; and SECONDLY, that part of Lot 36, Registrar's Compiled Plan ]041, designated as Part 3 on a plan of reference deposited in the said office as Number 40R-7551.
