BY-LAW NO. 1773/84
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 19, Range
3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, as public
highway (Parts 3 ~ 4, Plan 40R-7839; Feldspar
Court)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot
19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing, designated as Parts 3 and 4, Plan
40R-7839; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto, which
Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, is hereby dedicated as public
highway (Feldspar Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January , 1984.

SCHEDULE A
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of that part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken
Front Concession, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on a plan of reference filed in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Number 40R-7839.
