BY-LAW NO.2583/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 2563/87,
exempting Blocks 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1415,
Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law No. 2563/87 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
September, 1987.
