BY-LAW NO. 2579 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Lots 59 and
60, Plan 43, Picketing (Parts 1 and 14, Plan
40R-8828), as public highway (Livingston Street/
Wellington Street).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of
Lots 59 and 00, Plan 43, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 14, Plan 40R-8828,
which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lots 59 and 60, Plan 43, Pickering, designated as Parts i and
14, Plan 40R-8828 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Livingston
Street/Wellington Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
September, 1987.
