BY-LAW NO. 2575 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks A and B, Plan
M-1040, Pickering as public highway (McKay
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks A and B,
Plan M-1040, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks A and B, Plan M-1040, Pickering are dedicated as public highway
(McKay Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
September, 1987.
