BY-LAW NO. 2566/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law No. 2506/87,
exempting Blocks 226 - 229 and Part Lot ll2,
Plan 40M-1325, Pickering~ from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipallty may delete part of the lands described
in a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I of By-law No. 2506/87 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the phrase "and Part Lot 112".
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of
August, 1987.
