BY-LAW NO.2565 /87
Being a By-law to exempt Lots 26, 27, 28, 29,
30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37, Plan 40M-1447,
Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter l, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the hy-law~
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporahon of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34,
Pickering.
1983, chapter 1, does not apply
35, 36 and 37, Plan 40M-1447,
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of
August, 1987.
