BY-LAW NO. 2562 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 128, Plan
40M-1350, Pickering, as public highway (Colonial
Street/Lynn Heights Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 128, Plan
40M-1350, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 128, Plan 40M-1350, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Colonial Street/Lynn Heights Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of Au-
gust, 1987.
