BY-LAW NO. 2561/87
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 150 and 151,
Plan 40M-1375, Pickering, as public highway
(Sherman Crescent/Lynn Heights Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 150 and
151, Plan 40M-1375, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 150 and 151, Plan 40M-1375, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public
highway (Sherman Crescent/Lynn Heights Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of Au-
gust, 1987.
