BY-LAW NO. 2559/87
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 20,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 7,
Plan 40R-5511 as public highway (Alliance Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot
20, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 7, Plan 40R-5511, and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Part Lot 20, Concession 1, Pickering, (Part 7, Plan 40R-5511), is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Alliance Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of Au-
gust, 1987.
