BY-LAW NO.
2558 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Lot 16, Range
3, B.F.C., Pickerlng, as public highway (Part 1,
Plan 40R-10290; Part 1, Plan 40R-10384; Part 1,
Plan 40R-10385; Squires Beach Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of
Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-10290, Part 1,
Plan 40R-10384 and Part l, Plan 40R-10385 and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-10290; Part 1, Plan 40R-10384 and Part 1, Plan 40R-10385, are hereby
dedicated as public highway (Squires Beach Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of
August, 1987.
