BY-LAW NO. 2557 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 143, Plan
40M-1418, Picketing, as public highway (Stroud's
Lane).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 143, Plan
40M-1418, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 143, Plan 40M-1418, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Stroud's Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of Au-
gust, 1987.
