BY-LAW NO. 2555 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate Block XI, Plan M-997,
Block 86, Plan 40M-1447, Part Block 87 and Part
Lots 22 and 23, Plan 40M-1447, Picketing, as
public highway (Everton Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks XI, Plan
M-997, Blocks 86 and 87, Plan 40M-1447 and those parts of Lots 22 and 23 designated
as Parts 3 and 4, Plan 40R-10194, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block XI, Plan M-997, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Everton Street).
2. Block 86, Plan 40M-1447, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Everton Street).
3. Part Block 87, Plan 40M-1447, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-10194) is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Everton Street).
4. Part Lot 22, Plan 40M-1447, Pickering (Part 3, Plan 40R-10194) is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Everton Street).
5. Part Lot 23, Plan 40M-1447, Pickerlng (Part 4, Plan 40R-10194) is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Everton Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of Au-
gust, 1987.
